🏆Relative Growth Impact Score (RGIS)

The Relative Growth Impact Score (RGIS) measures how efficiently integrators convert SKY Accessibility Rewards into sustained TVL growth over a 30-day period.

Overview

The Relative Growth Impact Score (RGIS) is a performance metric designed for the Accessibility Rewards Impact Terminal in the SKY Ecosystem. It measures how efficiently integrators convert rewards into sustained Total Value Locked (TVL) growth. The score helps identify which integrators are driving meaningful adoption and liquidity retention while flagging potential underperformance.

This metric is calculated over a rolling 30-day period and is specific to the Sky Accessibility Rewards Program.

Why RGIS Matters

  • Identify Efficient Integrators: Recognize integrators that effectively use rewards to grow TVL.

  • Detect Stagnation: Spot underperforming integrators for further evaluation or support.

  • Track Growth Trends: Analyze performance trends over time.

  • Optimize Reward Allocation: Inform decisions about distributing future incentives.

Formula

The RGIS is calculated using the following formula:

RGISt0t1=Δt1t0TVLRewardst1t0t0=t130daysRGIS_{t_0t_1} = \frac{\Delta_{t_1-t_0} TVL}{Rewards_{t1-t0}}| t_0 = t_1-30days

Where:

  • ΔTVL(t1 - t0): The change in TVL over the last 30 days.

  • Rewards(t1 - t0): The sum of rewards distributed during the same 30-day period.

  • t0: The starting point of the 30-day window.

  • t1: The end point of the 30-day window.

Key Insight:

A higher RGIS indicates more efficient growth generation with the rewards allocated.

Data Inputs

  • TVL Growth: Measured in USD and tracked by integrator.

  • Rewards Distributed: Incentive amounts recorded during the 30-day window.

  • Integrator Code: Each integrator's performance is tracked using a unique identifier.

Visualization

The Accessibility Rewards Impact Terminal offers various visualizations to make RGIS data more accessible:

  • Bar Chart: Ranks integrators by their RGIS scores.

  • Line Chart: Tracks an integrator’s RGIS performance over time.

  • Scatterplot: Plots RGIS against user or volume growth for deeper insights.

Practical Examples

Example 1: TVL Growth

  • TVL Increase: $2,000,000

  • Rewards Distributed: $500,000

RGIS=2,000,000/500,000=4.0RGIS = 2,000,000 / 500,000 = 4.0

This means the integrator generated and retained $4 of TVL growth for every $1 of rewards.

Limitations

  • Short-Term Fluctuations: Results may be volatile during high market activity.

  • Data Integrity: Accuracy depends on correctly tagged and recorded reward transactions.

  • Program-Specific: RGIS applies only to the Accessibility Rewards Impact Terminal within the SKY ecosystem.

Additional Notes

  • The RGIS is recalculated daily using a rolling 30-day window.

  • Only transactions with valid integrator tags are considered.

  • Future updates may adjust the baseline calculation for improved accuracy.
